With over 5 years of experience in Private Training, Group Fitness, and Youth Programming, Lindsay’s holistic training approach is rooted in functional movement and injury prevention. She believes in building resilience in the body and mind to support long-term lifestyle changes and sustainable fitness. Lindsay takes pride in her ability to establish connected interpersonal relationships with her clients so she can better understand how to assist them in reaching their goals and the challenges they may face on that journey. Combining her Bachelors of Kinesiology education with her professional dance experience, she delivers programming that joins science and creativity. She aims to educate her clients and enable them to feel autonomous over their bodies and fitness goals.

Developed with a deep understanding of both exercise science and the dance industry, Lindsay aims to bridge the gap between knowledge and application, creating a unique and effective workshop and seminar program for dancers. Lindsay has delivered this offering through Universities, Pre-professional companies, and youth dance training programs. Each seminar and workshop is designed to give dancers tangible pieces of education so that they can remain autonomous over their performance and healing. Workshops have been designed to include in-depth cross-training education, customized workout plans, and the opportunity to apply concepts through learning of rep and Contemporary Choreography.
